the Script

Your life is a story. It began the moment you drew your first breath. And the plot has been building ever since, adding new dimensions with each passing day. Like any story, there are moments of clarity and uncertainty, movement and delay. The pieces can seem fragmented at times, but you know that it’s supposed to make sense somehow. If the chapters don’t quite seem to fit together... if something seems missing... you’re in the right place at the right time. Don’t miss this opportunity to see the bigger picture!

Creation

For many in our nation, this week brings with it a celebration of life. The celebration of the sanctity of human life, as well as the remembrance of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. together weave a reminder that God intends for all of us to live life to the fullest. I know of no better week to go back to the beginning and talk about the beginning of all things: creation. Perhaps you know the story, perhaps you don’t. It’s okay either way. The important question is not the what, it’s the why? WHY is there something rather than nothing?? As C.S. Lewis said, “Any patch of sunlight in a wood will show you something about the sun which you could never get from reading books on astronomy.”
